My Background:
 As a Mortgage Consultant with
Schmidt Mortgage Company with over twenty-six years experience, I have assisted many
homeowners. Although I can help with financing anywhere in the state of Ohio, my primary territory covers Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit and Portage county areas. I believe my strong commitment to customer satisfaction, honesty, integrity, professionalism, work ethic and overall service skills have been my trademark during my lengthy mortgage career. All these qualities and skills help in turning an otherwise overwhelming experience to one of knowledge and understanding of the mortgage process. You will not be disappointed!!!
My Interests and Service to the Community:
 Living in rural
Russell, Ohio, I enjoy my pets, vegetable gardening, landscaping, yard maintenance and volunteering in and around our local community. I am also a firm believer that you need to give back to your community with every opportunity available. My two pets, Bryce (Yellow Lab) and Macie (Terrier Mix), also agree. They are certified Therapy Dogs and we are very busy volunteering at least 3 times a week at various locations. We visit rehab patients, work with autistic and learning disabled children, visit nursing homes and assisted living homes, and participate in area library reading programs. Bryce and Macie are also Ambassadors for Rescue Village, the Geauga Humane Society, which is also located in Russell, Ohio. As Ambassadors with Rescue Village, we participate and promote their cause in as many of their events as possible. Look for them in the section "Links Near and Dear to My Heart".
